A megeml\u00e9kez\u00e9sen r\u00e9szt vettek S\u00e1rv\u00e1rr\u00f3l T\u00f6r\u00f6k Istv\u00e1n rokonai is, h\u00fag\u00e1t, Roz\u00e1li\u00e1t k\u00eds\u00e9rve. Vit\u00e9z B\u00fcki Lajos nemzet\u0151r vez\u00e9r\u0151rnagy, 5-os el\u00edt\u00e9lt forradalm\u00e1r, T\u00f6r\u00f6k Istv\u00e1n harcost\u00e1rsa felid\u00e9zte az 1956. okt\u00f3ber 26-\u00e1n a v\u00e1rosban lej\u00e1tsz\u00f3dott esem\u00e9nyeket, amelyben T\u00f6r\u00f6k Istv\u00e1n vezet\u00e9s\u00e9vel, t\u00e1rgyal\u00f3k\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00e9nek k\u00f6sz\u00f6nhet\u0151en a t\u00f6meg v\u00e9rtelen\u00fcl elfoglalta az \u00c1VH Megyei F\u0151oszt\u00e1ly\u00e1t \u00e9s kiszabad\u00edtotta az ott fogva tartott politikai foglyokat. T\u00f6r\u00f6k Istv\u00e1n novemberben a szovjet csapatok megsz\u00e1ll\u00e1sa nyom\u00e1n Ausztri\u00e1ba, majd az USA-ba emigr\u00e1lt. Er\u0151s honv\u00e1gy gy\u00f6t\u00f6rte \u00e9s sajnos elk\u00f6vette azt a hib\u00e1t, hogy elhitte a K\u00e1d\u00e1r-korm\u00e1ny amneszti\u00e1t \u00edg\u00e9r\u0151 nyilatkozatait \u00e9s 1957. okt\u00f3ber\u00e9ben hazat\u00e9rt. Azonnal letart\u00f3ztatt\u00e1k, majd koncepci\u00f3s perben hal\u00e1lra \u00edt\u00e9lt\u00e9k \u00e9s a gy\u0151ri forradalom m\u00e1rt\u00edrjak\u00e9nt 28 \u00e9vesen 1958, december 2-\u00e1n a gy\u0151ri b\u00f6rt\u00f6nben kiv\u00e9gezt\u00e9k. Jeltelen s\u00edrj\u00e1nak felkutat\u00e1sa, majd megtal\u00e1l\u00e1sa 1990. \u00e1prilis\u00e1ban Sopronk\u0151hid\u00e1n a rabtemet\u0151ben t\u00f6rt\u00e9nhetett meg a rendszerv\u00e1lt\u00e1st k\u00f6vet\u0151en. Exhum\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1t k\u00f6vet\u0151en \u00fajratemet\u00e9se sz\u00fcl\u0151v\u00e1ros\u00e1ban S\u00e1rv\u00e1ron t\u00f6rt\u00e9nt meg 1991. \u00e1prilis 12-\u00e9n. A megeml\u00e9kez\u0151 besz\u00e9deket k\u00f6vet\u0151en a Fekete Istv\u00e1n \u00c1ltal\u00e1nos Iskola di\u00e1kjait\u00f3l hallottunk 1956. forradalm\u00e1r\u00f3l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 verseket. Ezt k\u00f6vet\u0151en koszor\u00faz\u00e1s k\u00f6vetkezett. A Magyar Nemzet\u0151rs\u00e9g &#8222;T\u00f6r\u00f6k Istv\u00e1n&#8221; Gy\u0151r-Moson-Sopron Megyei Sz\u00f6vets\u00e9g koszor\u00faj\u00e1t Dr. vit\u00e9z Czap\u00e1ry-Martincsevics Andr\u00e1s nemzet\u0151r alt\u00e1bornagy, eln\u00f6k-parancsnok \u00e9s Gerendi Attila nemzet\u0151r dand\u00e1rt\u00e1bornok, aleln\u00f6k helyezt\u00e9k el. Az \u00fcnneps\u00e9gen \u00fcdv\u00f6z\u00f6lhett\u00fck Sz\u00e9les S\u00e1ndor megyei f\u0151isp\u00e1n Urat is. Az \u00fcnneps\u00e9get k\u00f6vet\u0151en az emblematikus helysz\u00ednen okt\u00f3ber 23-a alkalm\u00e1b\u00f3l el\u0151l\u00e9ptet\u00e9sek \u00e1tad\u00e1s\u00e1ra ker\u00fclt sor a Sz\u00f6vets\u00e9g \u00e9rintett jelenl\u00e9v\u0151 tagjai r\u00e9sz\u00e9re.
